<p>We are looking for</p> <p>a Software student to join our multidisciplinary development group at our Haifa site, within the Aerospace division at Elbit Systems</p> <p>Our group develops advanced software systems for the UAV domain, with a focus on Terrain Dominance solutions. You'll work across a wide range of technologies and platforms - from development close to the hardware to high-level GUI-based systems. If you're passionate about software development and want to see your work come to life in cutting-edge defense systems - this is the place for you</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Design and implement complex software systems across multiple platforms and technologies</p> <p>Work on navigation and guidance systems, image manipulation, and video compression</p> <p>Develop communication protocols and integrate physical interfaces</p> <p>Develop and integrate advanced algorithms</p> <p>Collaborate with software, system engineers, algorithmic and electro-optics teams to deliver innovative solutions</p> <p>Work with high performance computers, advanced GPUs and Linux-based environments alongside VxWorks and Windows</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Second or third-year B.Sc student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent</p> <p>At least one year remaining until graduation</p> <p>1+ year of experience in C++ development and debugging</p> <p>Proficiency in AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI-driven development workflows</p> <p>Experience in Linux development - advantage</p> <p>Familiarity with C#, CMAKE, GIT, and CI/CD - advantage</p> <p>Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing goals and requirements</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
