We are currently seeking warm, engaged Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in our group homes across the Twin Cities Metro area. As the core of Wingspan's Services, DSP's assist individuals in achieving their goals and thriving in their communities. DSP's provide personalized care, promote independence, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication administration, transportation, and documentation of progress.</p> <p>Empowering Abilities. Nurturing Spirits.
