There are no limits to what we as team members and as an organization, can achieve together.</p> <p>Where people, purpose, and progress come together every day.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Associate Director, Transaction & Processing on the Cash Administration team is responsible for day-to-day transaction processing associated with loan servicing and maintenance. They are responsible for accurately and efficiently processing various financial transactions, including data entry, reconciliation, and verification. This role often involves working with different types of financial documents and systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and supporting the overall financial operations of a business.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage complex cash transactions, escalate issues, evaluate and process servicing requests in conjunction with various business partners while ensuring quality service delivery. </li><li>Write or update procedures </li><li>Evaluate and monitor risk associated with all processes and ensure controls and procedures are followed. </li><li>Assist with the execution of projects as well as provide input for the development of platform cash applications and testing efforts. </li><li>Act as the business subject matter expert for various tasks for the team and assist with workflow coordination. </li><li>Participate in initiatives including those that are cross-functional and act as a key participant in planning for Transactions & Processing. </li><li>Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. </li><li>Strategically collaborate and consult with offshore team, peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work skills, training, military service or education. </li><li>Ability to prioritize efficiently, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work in a dynamic environment </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in researching, compiling, and conducting advanced analysis of essential operational data. </li><li>Skilled in evaluating issues, making prompt decisions, implementing effective solutions, and driving organizational change. </li><li>10-key numerical data entry experience </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Organizational and administrative skills. </li><li>Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy. </li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team environment </li></ul> <p>Trimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we're proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
