External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <ul> <li>Define and execute translational strategies for oligonucleotide programs from discovery to preclinical stage </li><li>Develop and lead translational PK/PD plans for oligonucleotide programs, integrating data across rodent and NHP species to support candidate selection and progression to preclinical development. </li><li>Develop in house target engagement biomarkers like mRNA knockdown, pathway modulation and stability studies. </li><li>Design and interpret PK/PD relationships for siRNA, ASO and AOC modalities and utilize translational PK/PD modeling approaches to compare PK, efficacy, and safety data. </li><li>Perform in vivo DMPK studies across multiple preclinical species, including NHP, encompassing pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, toxicokinetic, biodistribution, and target-based and off-target effects. </li><li>Strategic thinking with strong scientific rigor and ability to work at the interface of discovery and clinical development. </li><li>Track progress against project timelines, generate regular status updates, and communicate progress and issues to management </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>PhD in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of related industry experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven track working with Oligonucleotide modalities like ASO's and siRNAs </li><li>Experience with LCMS-based analytical method development desired. </li><li>Knowledge of GxP requirements and application of statistical methods in the analytical laboratory is a plus. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and collaboration. </li></ul> <p>Location: Billerica MA</p> <p>Pay Range for this position: $192,000 - $193,400</p> <p>The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
