<p>Bowser Genesis is seeking an Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting duties following established principles and procedures. The Accounting Clerk will maintain a positive working relationship with customers and vendors while maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all organizational matters.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process accounts payable and balance GM open account weekly. </li><li>Oversee vendor accounts including, but not limited to, payments and credits to maintain accuracy of inventory. </li><li>Process Warranty/Gap registrations and vehicle warranty products. </li><li>Process Warranty/Gap cancellations per customer and/or financial institution request. </li><li>Theft/Tire & Wheel/Dent registrations and vehicle warranty products. </li><li>Theft/Tire & Wheel/Dent cancellations per request of customer and/or financial institutions. </li><li>Process part refunds for non-account receivable customers. </li><li>Generate and maintain appropriate reports and spreadsheets. </li><li>File and maintain records for required period of time. </li><li>Order office supplies. </li><li>Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and experience in accounting principles and procedures </li><li>Strong mathematical ability </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft office </li><li>Prior experience in accounting software; experience in ADP software a plus </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision </li><li>Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. </li><li>Driving record in good standing </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to sit for up to 8 hours/day </li><li>Ability to work with computers for up to 8 hours/day </li><li>Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. </li></ul> <p>What Bowser has to offer:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent medical, dental, and vision </li><li></li></ul>
