Customer and quality service are the main objectives.</p> <p>This is a full time role based at our Corporate Office located in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (schedule subject to change).</p> <ul> <li>Answer incoming phone calls. </li><li>Provide front line customer service in communication, listening and telephone skills to all customers. </li><li>Direct calls to the appropriate person or location. </li><li>Send Doc Halo consults/urgent matters to the correct provider/team. </li><li>Monitor and maintain lists daily of staffing/phone. </li><li>Direct all electronic faxes to correct department/teams. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Summit's hiring range for this position is $17.52 to $21.90 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation.
