Award-winning brands include Belgard hardscape, Echelon Masonry, MoistureShield composite decking, RDI railing, Catalyst Fence Solutions, Sakrete packaged concrete, Amerimix mortar, Pebble Technology International pool finishes, Lawn & Garden mulches and landscape features, and Techniseal sands and sealant technologies.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up and resolution to customer inquiries or issues.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Enter customer orders received by email and phone into ERP system </li><li>Answer high volume of incoming calls and emails in a timely manner </li><li>Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking, pick-ups, complaints, and problems </li><li>Communicate effectively with customers related to order status and coordinate with production regarding backordered items </li><li>Communicate with sales, finance and operation teams to ensure orders are fulfilled </li><li>Develop and maintain product knowledge to support customer needs and provide solutions </li><li>Utilize the use of SalesForce to manage customer issues </li><li>Verify product load and quantities match purchase order </li><li>Review and retrieve documentation for credit department as needed </li><li>Issue credits for pallet/product returns when applicable </li><li>Categorize, file, and maintain ship ticket copies for audit purposes and file all customer records </li><li>Execute Daily and Business fundamentals </li><li>Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the customer service process </li><li>Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook) </li><li>Ability to multi-task, answer phones and enter orders </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions </li><li>Detail oriented, good organizational and problem-solving skills </li><li>Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred </li><li>Infor M3 and Salesforce experience preferred </li><li>While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently sit and stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard </li><li>Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes," and protective glasses </li><li>Candidates must provide their own safety boots/shoes upon hire and will be eligible to participate in Safety Boots/Shoe Reimbursement Program after 30 days of employment </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>Pay is $20 - $24/hr, based on experience </li></ul> <p>What CRH Offers You</p> <ul> <li>Highly competitive base pay </li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs </li><li>Group retirement savings program </li><li>Health and wellness programs </li><li>An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion </li></ul> <p>About CRH</p> <p>CRH has a long and proud heritage.
