<p>Overview:</p> <p>A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems </li><li>Follow food safety standards </li><li>Arriving during the hours of 3AM-4:30AM to assist in restaurant setup procedures. </li><li>Prepare food and beverages </li><li>Prepare the business for opening each morning; this includes brewing beverages, setting up equipment, and verifying cash registers. </li><li>Bake bagels </li><li>Finish (meaning filling and frosting) donuts to be put on display for guests to purchase </li><li>Assemble and package orders </li><li>Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation </li><li>Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas </li><li>Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation </li><li>Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable) </li><li>Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests </li><li>Serve and communicate with guests </li><li>Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant </li><li>Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers </li><li>Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas </li><li>Must be available to arrive during the 3AM-4:30AM time period </li><li>Must be at least 16 years of age </li><li>Standing on feet </li><li>Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching </li><li>Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable) </li><li>Working in a small space </li><li>Must have reliable transportation </li><li>Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. </li></ul>
