<p>EXPECTATION FOR EMPLOYEES</p> <p>Supports the organization's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, personalization, commitment to our community, accountability and ownership.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Provide excellent customer service to buyers from initial contact to home completion.</p> <p>PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Demonstrate models and community amenities to prospective buyers</p> <p>Create and maintain a pipeline for sales opportunities using the SalesForce platform, follow up to convert prospects into buyers</p> <p>Achieve sales and closing goals consistent with company goals</p> <p>Help maintain condition of models, inventory "Designer" homes, sales office, community signage, and marketing materials</p> <p>Implement Shea Homes policies to guide buyers through the buying, mortgage, construction, and closing processes</p> <p>Provide excellent customer service, adhere to sales dress code policy, and maintain a positive company image to all internal and external customers</p> <p>Learn facets of the new home construction process, floor plans and features, exterior design styles, available options, and neighborhood amenities</p> <p>Lend Support to Level 3 Community Representatives with daily sales and office responsibilities</p> <p>Observe, study, and learn the Foundations sales system and cultivate a needs based selling approach</p> <p>Create and maintain relationships with the broker community</p> <p>Assist with weekly and monthly reports to communicate sales activities and competition to management</p> <p>Attend training seminars and workshops to continually enhance professional knowledge</p> <p>Attend weekly sales and construction meetings</p> <p>Assist with other projects as assigned</p> <p>Must work weekends</p> <p>Works under limited supervision and on own initiative performs advanced administrative duties. Must be able to work successfully in a team environment; have a strong customer service focus; and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected. Must have ability to balance multiple priorities and assignments, be goal-oriented, detail- oriented, conscientious with a dependable work ethic. Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communications, presentation, negotiation and people skills are required. This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions, it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.</p> <p>QUALIFIACATOINS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGET REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred</p> <p>Computer literate in MS Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point. SalesForce, SharePoint, and DocuSign experience is a plus</p> <p>Real estate and/or one-year sales experience preferred</p> <p>Strong communication skills</p> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <p>The physical demands and work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
