They are looking to expand their team by bringing on a Senior Application Support Engineer.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$120k - $145k Annually</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>Our client is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise SaaS applications, with a primary focus on Workday. This role will handle production support, troubleshooting, integrations, incident management, and system improvements across business-critical applications.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Senior Application Support Engineer:</p> <ul> <li>Support enterprise applications, integrations, and production environments. </li><li>Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues. </li><li>Manage incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis. </li><li>Support user access, platform administration, and system maintenance. </li><li>Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes. </li><li>Maintain documentation and support procedures. </li><li>Assist with upgrades, releases, and operational improvements. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills fro the Senior Application Support Engineer:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of application or production support experience. </li><li>Strong experience supporting Workday Financials and/or HCM. </li><li>Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, reporting, and scheduled jobs. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. </li><li>Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Application Support Engineer:</p> <ul> <li>Salesforce support or administration experience. </li><li>ITIL knowledge. </li><li>Experience with SQL, scripting, BI tools, or AWS. </li><li>Workday Studio or Workday certifications. </li><li>Financial services industry experience. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive benefits package. </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision. </li><li>401(K). </li><li>PTO and more. </li></ul>
