<p>POSITION SUMMARY Reports To: Director of Quality, Compliance and Risk Summary: Role will work to assist DCMH medical offices with quality, compliance and safety initiatives to include emergency preparedness, environmental, privacy and safety audits, performance improvement and reporting and improving quality metrics. Will interact with providers, managers and staff to provide resource information and education, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in identifying new opportunities to improve services and reduce cost. Work Schedule: Must be able to work non-standard work hours. SKILLS # ABILITIES Education #Bachelor#s degree in health administration or health-related field. BSN preferred. Experience Minimum four years of experience in health care setting with minimum three years of experience in quality management, preferably in medical practice setting. Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.
