<p>Title: Resident Transition Manager</p> <p>Location: Kennewick, WA</p> <p>Pay Range: $2223/hour</p> <p>This is not your typical property management role. As the Resident Transition Manager, you are the final checkpoint between a standard move and a great experience. Youll lead inspections, oversee move-ins and move-outs, and ensure every unit meets a high standard before a resident walks through the door. If youve worked as a Maintenance Tech, Assistant Property Manager, or Leasing Agent and know your way around inspections, documentation, and resident interaction, this is a strong next step.</p> <p>What Youll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee all move-in and move-out activity across the property</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct detailed unit inspections using 360 cameras and inspection software (Zinspector)</p> </li><li> <p>Identify damages, cleanliness issues, and turnover needs</p> </li><li> <p>Review and approve inspection reports, photos, and documentation for accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all units meet quality standards before move-in</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate move-in and move-out schedules and logistics</p> </li><li> <p>Walk residents through their unit and community features at move-in</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate damage vs. normal wear and tear and finalize security deposit dispositions</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure documentation, charges, and decisions are accurate and compliant</p> </li><li> <p>Guide and support team members completing inspections and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and management on turnover timelines</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the main point of contact for residents during transitions and set clear expectations</p> </li></ul> <p>What Were Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years in property management, maintenance, inspections, or similar</p> </li><li> <p>Strong eye for detail and ability to assess unit condition accurately</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable using technology, inspection software, and photo documentation tools</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with move-outs, turnovers, or deposit charges is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Professional, resident-focused communication style</p> </li><li> <p>Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple units at once</p> </li></ul> <p>Ideal Backgrounds</p> <p>This role is a strong fit if youve been a:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintenance Technician who enjoys inspections and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Assistant Property Manager familiar with move-outs and deposits</p> </li><li> <p>Leasing Agent who wants to move into a more operational, hands-on role</p> </li></ul>
