<p>Job Description</p> <p>Solicits and reviews supplier proposals with guidance from senior team members. Assists in developing evaluation criteria, preparing subcontract packages, and supporting the award and administration of subcontracts. Helps coordinate supplier deliveries, material receipts, and resolution of routine issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and contractual requirements. Maintains subcontract files and supports communication with internal product teams and suppliers. Participates in procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services while learning company processes, compliance requirements, and supplier quality initiatives.</p> <p>A successful candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and a willingness to learn procurement and subcontract management processes. The candidate should be motivated to build positive working relationships, support team initiatives, and continuously develop their knowledge of supply chain and subcontracting best practices.</p> <p>Required Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma </li><li>Basic understanding of a manufacturing, supply chain, or business environment </li><li>Interest in procurement, subcontract administration, or supply chain operations. </li><li>Willingness to learn defense aerospace industry requirements and procurement processes </li><li>Exposure to or coursework related to business, supply chain, finance, contracts, or a related field preferred </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) </li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). </li><li>Internship, co-op, academic project, or prior experience in procurement, supply chain, contracts, or administration preferred. </li><li>Willingness to learn FAR/DFAR, ITAR, and EAR regulations. </li><li>Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or similar business systems preferred. </li><li>Interest in developing negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret basic technical information or drawings is a plus. </li><li>Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and desire for continuous improvement. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. </li></ul> <p>Pay Information</p> <p>Full-Time Salary Range: $56401 - $95881</p> <p>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
