Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive new business.</p> <ul> <li>Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development </li></ul> <p>including gathering and providing information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians and partner facilities.</p> <ul> <li>Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process and works to enhance the overall experience within the organization. </li><li>Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction. </li><li>Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's </li></ul> <p>degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.</p> <ul> <li>3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Additional Preferences</p> <p>The Physician Relationship Manager is a Liaison/Coordinator role that supports system growth through strategic tactics around operational needs; carries bonus potential based on growth results.</p> <p>The right candidate will focus on supporting regional growth at Ascension St. Vincent Evansville and the Evansville market.</p> <p>This position is a regional liaison opportunity, not a practice manager position, with no direct reports.</p> <p>Musts:</p> <ul> <li>Have exceptional abilities to cultivate and manage relationships in a multi-specialty setting (Cardiovascular, Neuro, Opthalmology, Colo-Rectal, Critical Care, Surgery, etc.) </li><li>Host and attend events that may occur before or after hours </li><li>Have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while also being able to adapt easily to change </li><li>Speak with and integrate with hospital leaders/physicians to understand their market inside and out; know service line goals and needs </li><li>Must be flexible and present with your clients </li><li>Must be able to collaborate with teammates as some of the markets overlap </li><li>Have a proven track record and business strategy that works in the healthcare environment </li></ul> <p>Preferences:</p> <ul> <li>Prefer previous business development in a healthcare environment </li><li>Prefer previous operations experience in a healthcare business development environment </li></ul> <p>Travel is required and mileage is paid.</p> <p>Bonus potential based on growth results.</p> <p>Why Join Our Team</p> <p>Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana has been providing rewarding careers in healthcare for over 148 years.
