<p>We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team to operate the Beverage Cart during tournaments and when the course is especially busy. This role involves serving beverages including alcohol to golf patrons. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, enjoys serving others, and efficient sales and accounting skills. (All responsibilities may not be performed by all incumbents.)</p> <p>Beverage and Food Sales:</p> <ul> <li>Serve beverages and limited food items to customers in accordance with health and safety standards. </li><li>Operate point-of-sale systems for efficient and accurate transaction processing during shift. </li><li>Keep the beverage cart organized, clean, and well-stocked during shift. </li></ul> <p>General Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely. </li><li>Keep beverage cart efficiently stocked during shift with proper product mix. </li><li>Interact with all golfers on course offering beverages and snacks for their enjoyment. </li></ul> <p>Performs other related duties as assigned.</p> <ul> <li>MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST </li><li>MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE </li><li>MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER (ABLE SERVER LICENSE REQUIRED) </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food and beverage service is preferred </li><li>Knowledge of golf and golf-related products is a plus </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with ease. </li><li>Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. </li><li>Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work mostly weekend days and occasional weekday events as needed. </li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. </li></ul>
