<p>Position Title: Costume Waver</p> <p>Department: Managed Operations</p> <p>Status: Seasonal</p> <p>Reports to: Office Supervisor</p> <p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Position Purpose</p> <p>To promote the Liberty Tax Service name to increase location revenue through brand awareness</p> <p>Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks</p> <ul> <li>Draw attention to the store location through waving at traffic while dressed in the mascot outfit </li><li>Conducts business to business marketing while in the mascot uniform </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Position Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Enthusiastic and energetic personality </li><li>Ability to communicate in a professional manner </li><li>Ability to build rapport with business owners </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions </li><li>Ability to wave, dance and stand in the mascot costume for a period up to eight hours </li><li>This position may require travel and driving between businesses for marketing purposes </li></ul> <p>Employee Acknowledgement</p> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions.
