We are only interested in the best of the best.</p> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>We need a Finance Manager who can consistently:</p> <ul> <li>Run $2,500+ per copy </li><li>Keep CIT under 12 days </li><li>Maintain excellent CSI </li><li>Operate at a high level of compliance and customer satisfaction </li><li>Work closely with sales management to structure deals that move the needle </li></ul> <p>You must have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Dealertrack </li><li>Strong E-Contracting proficiency </li><li>Proven ability to perform in a high-volume environment </li><li>Deep understanding of subprime, lender programs and menu selling </li><li>Ability to lead, mentor, and drive results </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Present and sell F&I products in full compliance </li><li>Ensure funding speed is optimized (CIT under 12 days) </li><li>Maximize profit per deal while delivering excellent customer satisfaction </li><li>Accurately complete and submit all contracts, paperwork, and E-Contracts </li><li>Collaborate with desk managers to ensure deals are structured effectively </li><li>Protect the dealership through compliance with all federal, state, and lender guidelines </li></ul>
