Please apply or call Jake at (610) 814-7180 for immediate consideration.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a liaison between Sales and Engineering, offering technical expertise and customer-focused solutions. </li><li>Manage technical aspects and oversee key programs. </li><li>Support the sales process from inquiry to delivery. </li><li>Translate customer requirements into manufacturable designs. </li><li>Ensure the successful execution of programs. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). </li><li>3+ years of experience in RF, microwave, or high-frequency coaxial products, preferably interconnects or passive components. </li><li>Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO-9001 standards. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in RF cable assembly. </li><li>Proficiency in CAD software, SolidWorks, HFSS, CST Microwave Studio. </li><li>Understanding of AS9100 and ISO-9001 standards. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>This role is primarily office-based, with some interaction with engineers and customers, both internal and external. The position follows a 9/80 work schedule, with the requirement to be on-site four days a week and remote one day a week.
