As a?Consumer Care Agent?at?JOCKEY,?you'll have the opportunity to work for a?globally recognized brand?in our corporate Contact Center located in?Kenosha, WI.? This role entails assisting our consumers in placing product orders via phone while providing exceptional customer support.</p> <p>Schedule/ Location:</p> <ul> <li>Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including Saturdays. Preferred hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. </li><li>Location: For onboarding and training, you will start at our corporate office in Kenosha.
