<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Company Headquarters - Saint Paul, MN</p> <p>Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time</p> <p>Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly</p> <p>Job Shift: Day</p> <p>Description</p> <p>YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Are energized by multi-tasking while working in a collaborative office environment</p> </li><li> <p>Able to navigate and learn new software quickly</p> </li><li> <p>Enjoys supporting others to succeed</p> </li></ul> <p>SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create your own schedule around these parameters:</p> </li><li> <p>Hours worked must be between 7:30am - 5:30pm</p> </li><li> <p>Role requires being in the office during working hours</p> </li><li> <p>Must work between 28-40 hours per week</p> </li><li> <p>The schedule you create will become your set schedule upon hire</p> </li><li> <p>Starting at $18-$20/hour, dependent on experience</p> </li></ul> <p>SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to pass the DHS background check</p> </li><li> <p>Computer proficiency (ability to learn new software effectively and demonstrate a high level of IT competence)</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma/GED equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>At least six months of work experience</p> </li></ul> <p>MORE ON THE ROLE:</p> <p>In this role you will provide office support to CADI/BI/AC/DD/Elderly waiver case managers including but not limited to faxing, mailing, filing, scanning, data/service agreement entry, drafting letters, organizing the client file, along with uploading and downloading client documents from the county's online document exchange system.
