<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Radwell's website sets the bar for how customers perceive us. As UX Lead you will own the end-to-end experience strategy, design system, and research program for every Radwell site. Your mission: create friction-free, conversion-optimizing interfaces that turn first-time visitors into lifelong customers while supporting double-digit revenue growth. Expect to move fast, test constantly, and develop a team that punches above its weight.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Experience Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Craft a multi-quarter UX vision aligned to revenue, NPS, and SEO/CRO KPIs. </li><li>Maintain and prioritize a UX backlog across multiple workstreams and geos </li></ul> <p>Research & Insight</p> <ul> <li>Plan and run qualitative/quantitative studies (interviews, usability tests, CSAT, GA4 deep-dives, heatmaps) </li><li>Translate findings into hypotheses, prototypes, and measurable experiments </li></ul> <p>Design Execution</p> <ul> <li>Own IA, interaction, visual, motion, microcopy, and accessibility across desktop & mobile </li><li>Build, document, and govern a Figma-based design system </li></ul> <p>Governance & Evangelism</p> <ul> <li>Author UX guidelines, content style guides, and component governance </li><li>Champion design thinking and customer empathy across Radwell </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>5+ years designing eCommerce, SaaS, or industrial B2B experiences </li><li>Portfolio of shipped work that demonstrably moved business metrics </li><li>Expert with Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design-system principles </li><li>Fluency in A/B frameworks and analytics suites; data-driven to a fault </li><li>Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Agile/Scrum rituals </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication </li><li>Bachelor's in HCI, Design, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience </li><li>Bias for action, high curiosity, and comfort working with ambiguity </li></ul> <p>WORK SCHEDULE</p> <p>Core hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Central; some flexibility for global user discovery sessions</p> <p>LOCATION</p> <p>Downers Grove, IL</p> <p>Willingboro, NJ</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>Business casual dress. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related-skills, experience, and relevant education or training. </li></ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: $85-110K + 5% bonus</p>
