This role supports OEM customers by repackaging materials into designated containers while meeting daily production schedules and maintaining quality and safety standards.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Process customer orders efficiently and accurately</p> </li><li> <p>Repack OEM materials into customer-specific plastic and corrugated totes for shipment</p> </li><li> <p>Complete rework projects as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Warehouse materials according to established policies, including FIFO stock rotation</p> </li><li> <p>Operate scanning equipment and weight verification scales</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect products for defects or damage before and after packing to ensure quality standards are met</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to support all departments</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated attention to cleanliness and organization</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently, be dependable, and adapt to changes in systems and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Initiative-taking and flexible mindset</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation Information:</p> <p>Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hour depending on experience.</p> <p>ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
