Be a part of the team that helps keep Omaha looking beautiful - one property at a time!</p> <p>What does a landscape Maintenance Supervisor do?</p> <ul> <li>Routing and scheduling of up to 7 crews. </li><li>Interact professionally with customers on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services. </li><li>Posses a general knowledge of maintenance and landscape practices. </li><li>Continue on the job training for all aspects of RYAN provided services along with recommendations for other RYAN services as needed on their property. </li><li>Building and developing competencies and skills of a strong team capable of achieving individual growth and all team goals. </li><li>Lead in creation and accountability of financial based goals for the department. </li><li>Collaboration with other Department Managers and Directors to ensure the branch achieves its overall goals through labor sharing, referrals, and revenue generation plans. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>4 years of management experience, preferably in the green industry </li><li>Experience with budgets, forecasting, goal setting, vision casting </li><li>Mowing and/or Landscape Bed Maintenance experience </li><li>Strong problem solving skills </li><li>Excellent communications skills - verbal, written, conflict resolution, client satisfaction </li><li>Valid driver's license is required </li><li>Ability to obtain DOT medical certification </li><li>Ability to lift 50lbs </li><li>Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day </li></ul> <p>Why work at RYAN?</p> <p>RYAN is a proven leader in the lawn and landscape industry and has a reputation as one of the highest-quality lawn and tree companies in the nation.
