This person will collaborate with senior leaders and make an impact on our go-to-market strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!</p> <p>The ideal candidate is someone who is:</p> <ul> <li>Passionate about using data to solve problems and improve upon the status quo </li><li>Able to thrive in a fast paced and high-volume environment </li><li>Curious and always looking to learn and grow </li><li>Enjoys tackling new and novel challenges </li></ul> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver complex analysis and insight to support our go-to-market strategy and boost fundraising efficiency </li><li>Conduct monthly reviews of critical fundraising metrics with IR Leadership and Product Specialists </li><li>Use 3rd party databases and tools like Preqin, Pitchbook, Dakota, LinkedIn, and others to enhance fundraising data and increase analytical capabilities </li><li>Support fundraising target setting and year-end performance reviews with analysis and data </li><li>Build materials to provide regular fundraising updates to key collaborators and committees </li><li>And other responsibilities as required </li></ul> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent analytical skills with proven experience in data modelling </li><li>Strategic problem solver who can use data-driven insights to tell a story </li><li>Bias for action and ability to meet deadlines </li><li>Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously while holding themselves accountable for delivering results </li><li>Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com </li><li>Proficiency with other business intelligence tools a plus (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.) and query languages (SQL) a plus </li></ul> <p>Education Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Arts (B.A) </li><li>B.S or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 Years strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy experience preferred </li><li>Prior experience in Private Markets, Asset Management, or Financial Services industry a plus </li></ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p>
