Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot systems and equipment either onsite or remotely. Respond to and close out work order requests.</p> <p>Required Education</p> <p>Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related technology field.</p> <p>Required Related Experience</p> <p>Three years of experience supporting information technology systems in a medium to large organization.
