<p>THE AGENCY</p> <p>OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney's multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry's most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. Our Disney Entertainment TV teams work on tune in and streaming for networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic and FX. We live movies and TV. If you do too, see below for an opportunity to join our team.</p> <p>THE ASSIGNMENT</p> <ul> <li>3-6 month assignment - depending on project - starting ASAP </li><li>40+ hours per week </li><li>Hybrid in one of these locations: Los Angeles, Chicago, New York or San Francisco </li><li>Temporary to perm potential </li></ul> <p>THE JOB</p> <p>The Temporary Consultant, Integrated Media Planning is responsible for managing the integrated media strategy and execution of Disney entertainment offline and online media plans.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Works with leadership to manage the development of media campaigns, ensuring that all plans are strategically sound and have solid rationalization </li><li>Works closely with internal activation teams to develop and sync overall campaign strategy </li><li>Ensures overall accuracy with budgets, investments and overall execution of media campaigns </li><li>Maintains strong, professional relationships with the clients and vendor community </li></ul> <p>YOU</p> <p>We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years previous media experience; Entertainment and/or Retail account experience a plus </li><li>Strong background in digital media planning; TV and radio experience a plus </li><li>Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills </li><li>Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment </li><li>Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking </li><li>Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings </li><li>Strong time management skills </li><li>Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, Nielsen, R/F Reports, IMS Suite, Kantar, MRI, and Simmons </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.</p> <p>#LI-HL1</p> <p>This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.</p> <p>This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
