We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint site design, migration and management, along with proven graphic design skills. This role requires the ability to create visually appealing designs while ensuring functionality and usability within SharePoint. A valid government clearance is essential for this position.</p> <p>This position will operate under a Hybrid work schedule.</p> <p>Security Clearance:</p> <ul> <li>Applicants must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provides graphic support for the overall Program Office, as well as all cognizant programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and develop SharePoint sites and pages, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and create solutions that meet organizational needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and maintain a library of graphic assets, templates, and design guidelines for use across various projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Produce high-quality graphics, infographics, and multimedia presentations that effectively communicate key messages.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform regular updates and maintenance of existing SharePoint sites, ensuring content is current and accessible.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support for SharePoint users, troubleshooting issues and offering training as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with branding and design standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the documentation of project processes and best practices.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>1-3 years of professional experience in SharePoint site development and graphic design.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in SharePoint migration.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Designer.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.</p> </li></ul> <p>Educational Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Web Design, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. </li></ul> <p>EOE/M/F/ Disability/Vet</p> <p>VEVRAA Federal Contractor</p>
