<p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. </li><li>A minimum of three (3) years' experience in finance or accounting. </li><li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills. </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent spreadsheet/database skills. </li><li>Ability to think creatively, problem solve, work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing and growing environment and to manage multiple tasks. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of two years in financial analysis, budgeting, fund accounting </li><li>Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field. </li><li>Knowledge of higher education/healthcare financial environment preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of physician compensation and contracting preferred. </li></ul> <p>All Qualifications</p> <p>Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered.</p> <p>Position Details Position Purpose</p> <p>This position will report to the Senior Director of Business Operations and provide accounting, financial reporting, restricted fund management, financial forecasting, overall financial support for the School of Medicine.
