<p>Attorney II - Staff Attorney</p> <p>GENERAL SUMMARY</p> <p>The purpose of this job is to serve as legal support for the Circuit Court - Administrative Division. Attends hearings and trials, including bailiff duties in jury trials. Performs routine legal research and writes briefs to be used by the Court in making legal decisions. Manages and tracks complex cases.
