We put people first, work to keep them safe and build trusting relationships.</p> <p>Your role in our success:</p> <p>This position will perform a vital support role, focused on the handling of the detailed, day-to-day</p> <p>administrative and coordination tasks supporting the IT leadership team and the IT project management</p> <p>team. This position may require occasional additional hours beyond the standard work schedule,</p> <p>including evenings and/or weekends, to meet business needs and fulfill job responsibilities.</p> <p>What you'll be working on:</p> <ul> <li>Daily Support of IT Leadership and project managers in the tracking, collection, and organization of </li></ul> <p>department needs, project information, and other assigned duties</p> <ul> <li>Maintaining department documentation, including shared documentation repositories, and ensure </li></ul> <p>information is up to date to support office and department</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating and scheduling meetings (e.g., kickoffs, status updates, department wide meetings) aiding </li></ul> <p>in preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, documenting actions and ensuring follow-up as needed</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of communication between different departments and other stakeholders, </li></ul> <p>ensuring information flows smoothly and timely to ensure alignment on department needs</p> <ul> <li>Leading office management by coordinating the acquisition of necessary equipment or supplies and </li></ul> <p>managing logistic for both day-to-day support and larger project functions or events</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation and distribution of regular reports, updates, and dashboards for the IT team </li></ul> <p>and other stakeholders</p> <ul> <li>Tracking project and department related expenses, managing invoices and purchase orders and flagging </li></ul> <p>any budget variances to the Director, IT Leader, or applicable project manager</p> <ul> <li>Act as travel coordinator by booking travel as needed for department leadership, project teams, and IT </li></ul> <p>staff as required</p> <ul> <li>Prepare correspondence, manage schedules/calendars, and take meeting notes as requested </li><li>Act as a liaison between the IT team and other departments to support cross-functional collaboration </li></ul> <p>and ensure smooth running of shared office space</p> <p>Who you are:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, Associate's Degree preferred </li><li>Four years' related experience in project coordination or project support, </li></ul> <p>preferably in IT</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Keen attention to detail skills </li><li>High level of initiative and ability to self-start tasks </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software </li><li>Ability to collect, analyze summarize and present project data </li><li>Regular Driver's License </li></ul> <p>Benefits/what's in it for you?</p> <ul> <li>Flexible work arrangement </li><li>Competitive base salary </li><li>Fantastic opportunities for career growth </li><li>Cooperative, supportive and empowered team atmosphere </li><li>Annual bonus and salary increase opportunities </li><li>Monthly recognition events </li><li>Endless wellness initiatives and community events </li><li>Robust and customizable benefit packages-choose what works best with your life.
