<p>Job Type: Regular</p> <p>Time Type: Full time</p> <p>Work Shift: Rotating (United States of America)</p> <p>FLSA Status: Exempt</p> <p>When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>SICU APP (NP/PA) - Lahey Hospital & Medical Center</p> <p>Burlington, MA</p> <p>About Us:</p> <ul> <li> <p>24-bed Surgical ICU (Level 1 Trauma).</p> </li><li> <p>Nationally recognized 345-bed tertiary care hospital.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative team: 12 APPs, 14 Intensivists, Residents.</p> </li><li> <p>Diverse patient population: Trauma, Transplant, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Cardiac, Thoracic.</p> </li></ul> <p>Your Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Direct care of critically ill surgical patients.</p> </li><li> <p>Ventilator management, resuscitation, hemodynamic monitoring.</p> </li><li> <p>Mechanical circulatory support, vasopressor/inotrope use.</p> </li><li> <p>Invasive line placement (arterial, central).</p> </li><li> <p>Rotation between Surgical ICU and Cardiothoracic Surgical ICU.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or Cardiothoracic Surgery experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Critical Care Fellowship (preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work nights and weekends.</p> </li><li> <p>PA/NP MA license</p> </li></ul> <p>As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
