<p>Job Description Overview:</p> <p>The Senior Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing inbound claims, chargeback resolution, carrier billing discrepancies, and logistics data reporting. This role serves as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and headquarters to ensure claim and billing issues are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The role also provides operational support by gathering and analyzing data to drive efficient decision-making and supports shipments as needed.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own and manage all inbound claim processes including case filing, follow-up, closure with or without compensation, and weekly reporting updates. </li><li>Submit TT/AF tickets in JIRA to adjust inventory records when applicable. </li><li>Handle chargeback cases for assigned accounts: gather required documentation, dispute invalid claims, coordinate biweekly reconciliation with accounting, and maintain weekly chargeback reports. </li><li>Partner with the accounting team to resolve carrier billing discrepancies and upload Freight Cost Reports. </li><li>Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data to identify trends and provide insights for operational improvements. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Accounting) and external partners to understand business needs and develop solutions. </li><li>Support report creation for daily operations, weekly KPIs, and quarterly business reviews. </li><li>Serve as a backup for coordinating South American shipments, preparing POD reports, and managing outbound claims or chargebacks for other accounts as required. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and JIRA. </li><li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. </li><li>Passion for logistics operations, data analysis, and process improvement. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>Years of Education</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree or equivalent level of education and relevant work experience. </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations. </li><li>Hands-on experience with claim and chargeback management. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in business, Supply Chain, or related field. </li><li>Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Office Only: Typically works in an office environment </li><li>Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time </li></ul> <p>$20-$29/hour is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
