We have been recognized for sales growth, profitability, and guest experience by maintaining high standards, recruiting high-performing leaders, and driving innovation.</p> <p>Position Type: Full-Time, 38-45 hours per week</p> <p>Shift Leader Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Sundays off </li><li>Opportunities for personal and professional growth </li><li>Career advancement </li><li>Tuition scholarship up to $2,500 per year </li><li>College tuition reimbursement available upon request </li><li>Medical insurance </li><li>Retirement match </li><li>Paid vacation and sick PTO </li><li>Discounted meals </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proven leadership experience </li><li>Ability to lead in fast-paced environments </li><li>Basic computer competency </li><li>Availability to work Saturdays (up to 6 absences allowed per year) </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Commit to personal excellence every day </li><li>Oversee daily shift operations for front or back of house </li><li>Communicate performance updates and policy issues to leadership </li><li>Ensure proper staffing and operational flow each day </li><li>Coach, motivate, and develop team members </li><li>Maintain a respectful and positive work environment </li><li>Support leadership with hospitality and service initiatives </li><li>Understand all key roles in both front and back of house </li><li>Meet physical demands of the job, including standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned </li><li>Previous experience at quick-service brands such as Taco Bell, Arby's, Panera Bread, Culver's, McDonald's, and others is encouraged </li></ul> <p>Shift Leader Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Deliver excellent customer service </li><li>Lead by example with integrity and accountability </li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting </li><li>Be adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented </li><li>Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic </li><li>Communicate effectively across all levels </li><li>Support Operators and Directors in achieving daily goals </li><li>Drive productivity, manage labor, and ensure all shift tasks are completed </li><li>Execute operational excellence during each shift </li><li>Promote a positive restaurant atmosphere </li><li>Hold team members accountable to company standards </li><li>Develop and train team members for future leadership roles </li><li>Commit to a minimum one-year term with Chick-fil-A </li><li>Maintain full availability (minimum 40 hours per week) </li><li>Limited time off allowed (6 Saturdays and 12 total days per year) </li><li>Availability during key holiday periods (Black Friday Week and December) </li><li>Complete daily food safety procedures each shift </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job.
