As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team.</p> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p> <p>The Customer Satisfaction Associate will play a critical role in managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth operations related to Trimble subscriptions, renewals of protection plans, and overall data analysis. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent college graduate with strong teamwork skills, preferably a former NCAA team sport athlete.
