<p>The Groundskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course. Multiple full-time and part-time positions available immediately.</p> <p>Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must possess the ability design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course </li><li>Experience with operating greens/fairway mowers preferred </li><li>Must possess the ability to create spray programs for the golf course including greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscaping </li><li>Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course operations </li><li>Ability to give oral and written instructions </li><li>Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation </li><li>Must be dependable </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains clean and organized works areas on the golf course and maintenance facility </li><li>Mows greens, aprons, fairways, roughs, tees, and other areas </li><li>Waters tees, greens and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water </li><li>Repairs the irrigation system, pipes and irrigation heads as needed </li><li>Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways </li><li>Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds </li><li>Applies pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to the golf course </li><li>Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager </li></ul>
