If so, please read on!</p> <p>As Maintenance II, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of machinery and equipment within a manufacturing setting. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of mechanical systems. Work closely with Maintenance Manager and team members to share knowledge and improve overall maintenance processes. </li><li>Analyze equipment malfunctions and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. </li><li>Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex issues. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history. </li><li>Provide detailed reports on completed work and recommend improvements for future maintenance. </li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. </li><li>Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and address equipment-related concerns. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED. vocational or technical training is strongly preferred. </li><li>Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred. </li><li>2+ years' experience in maintenance field OR combination training + experience. </li><li>Knowledge/experience troubleshooting/repairing automated equipment including PLC, Servo motor, and VFD. </li><li>Experience in reading and interpreting ladder logic/schematics a plus </li><li>Ability to use basic math in all units of measure, compute rate, ration, and percent </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. </li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery. </li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. </li><li>Effective communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and production staff. </li><li>Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. </li></ul> <p>Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
