<p>Clark Capital is seeking a motivated individual with proven organizational and sales skills to support the external sales team in acquiring, developing, and maintaining relationships with successful financial advisors. Candidate should be a self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations. The successful candidate will be a team player, resourceful and selfless in the execution of all tasks.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Manage territory with external Investment Consultant to attain both sales and revenue goals. </li><li>Conduct consultative, relationship-building sales calls by phone with financial advisors. </li><li>Develop and execute sales plan strategies with members of both external & internal sales teams. </li><li>Articulate investment solution strategies and discuss financial markets (domestic and international). </li><li>Identify sales opportunities and advisor needs, advance relationships and introduce new concepts. </li><li>Analyze regional/product sales trends within partner firms and among individual financial advisors. </li><li>Work with various departments/individuals within the organization to provide exceptional service to our financial advisors. </li><li>Handle daily territory management tasks to ensure maximum business efficiency, e.g. update and maintain CRM, provide supplemental scheduling. </li><li>Ensure compliance with industry and legal regulations and best practices, and adherence to company processes and procedures. </li><li>Performs other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Competencies for Success</p> <ul> <li>Thorough understanding of the financial/capital markets, mutual funds, ETFs, group and individual retirement plan products, separately managed accounts, hedge strategies and other investment vehicles. </li><li>Ability to view business on a macro and micro level. </li><li>Motivated to achieve success. </li><li>Strong work ethic, high integrity and strong values. </li><li>Sound communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong consultative sales skills - probing, listening and closing. </li><li>Exceptional verbal and writing skills. </li><li>Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. </li><li>Experience in financial services industry preferred. </li><li>Series 7 preferred. </li><li>College degree preferred. </li></ul>
