Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.As a Cardiopulmonary Educator with CVS Health, you will have the opportunity to use your clinical skills to be an educator to your patients and their caregivers, helping them understand their complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies by providing infusion training and clinical support.This is a direct-hire and full-time position.In this role you will:Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to coordinate the patient's plan of care.Work within a highly specialized area of nursing and enjoy the autonomy that comes from working within a home care service.Assist patients who are initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in a one-on-one setting.Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills to interact with key partners.Participate in the on-call rotation for weekend coverage approximately once/month. Coverage Area/Travel:When not visiting patients in-person, you will work from home (approximately 20-30% of the time).You will primarily visit patients within a 3-4 hour drive of Lexington, KYNeed to have the flexibility to visit patients throughout the Central Region approximately 10-20% of the time.Travel will primarily be via car and occasionally via airplane to see patients, support our sales team, and for training as needed.Candidates must reside within one hour of Lexington Airport.Overnight travel is approximately 30% of the time.
