<p>Residential Real Estate Review (RRR), an established BPO/AMC, is dedicated to delivering delivers high-quality and timely property valuation products through a nationwide network of highly qualified and experienced real estate professionals.</p> <p>Property Valuation Analyst</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>As a Property Valuation Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and appraisals to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company and client quality standards. Utilizing industry-accepted methodologies and proprietary systems, you will help deliver high-quality valuation reports within specified deadlines.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure valuation reports accurately identify the subject property and its relevant characteristics. </li><li>Research and analyze comparable sales to confirm the use of the most relevant and recent market data.
