As a Network, ATCs are positioned to unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients.</p> <p>The value for our clients and our people</p> <p>For our clients, the Network provides the strength of our geographic diversity, greater resilience, and seamless access to the deepest industry knowledge, the latest in Gen AI solutions, and tech expertise from around the world.</p> <p>For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the world's most complex client challenges.</p> <p>You are:</p> <p>An experienced Epic Cogito Admin Certified Admin responsible for managing Epic's analytics and SQL infrastructure, ETL processes, reporting tools, and collaborating with the Accenture team, software vendor team, and client.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Install Clarity and Caboodle Datasets on Cloud platform</p> </li><li> <p>Installation and setup of Oracle or Microsoft SQL server to support the Cogito databases</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor Clarity and Caboodle data extraction (ETL) jobs</p> </li><li> <p>Correct Clarity and Caboodle data extraction (ETL) errors</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot, research, and resolve Clarity and Caboodle data errors</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain Epic Cogito console servers</p> </li><li> <p>Apply Epic SU's and full upgrades to the Clarity and Caboodle environments</p> </li><li> <p>Configure and expand Caboodle Data Model Components to meet enterprise analytical needs</p> </li><li> <p>Configure SlicerDicer related access and security</p> </li><li> <p>Design and configure Radar dashboards and other metric visualizations</p> </li><li> <p>Make technical recommendations related to application upgrades</p> </li><li> <p>Duplicate and configure Epic Release Reporting Workbench templates</p> </li><li> <p>Review Reporting Workbench template impacts due to Epic SU's or Epic full upgrades</p> </li><li> <p>Create and manage custom Reporting Workbench template changes</p> </li><li> <p>Manage custom Reporting Workbench template security</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot Reporting Workbench issues</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor long running Reporting Workbench reports</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain Business Objects server</p> </li><li> <p>Configure Epic Crystal Integration (ECI) Reporting Workbench templates for Clarity reports</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor ECI reports for timeliness, efficiency, and failures</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and configure Cubes server, application, access and security</p> </li></ol> <p>This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here is what you need:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of three years of experience with Epic Cogito Admin </li><li>Cogito Admin Certification </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with a full-cycle Epic implementation on the Cogito or Reporting team </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Business Objects </li><li>SQL Admin, ETL Admin experience </li><li>Database performance management </li><li>Agile Systems Integration </li><li>Cloud/ Azure/ Windows Infra Admin Associate </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
