<p>Job Title: Forecast Planning Analyst</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>As a Forecast Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to support effective supply chain planning.</p> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>1-2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Finance, or a relevant field. </li><li>Experience with forecasting/statistical tools or software </li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and MRP modules. </li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, and macros. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a relevant field. (Preferred not required.) </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Determine ideal forecasting model using scenario analysis and advanced tools. </li><li>Champion process improvements, cost savings opportunities, and best practices. </li><li>Facilitate consensus building in forecast review meetings. </li><li>Develop and enhance tools and processes around forecasting, planning, and inventory management. </li><li>Create procedures and work instructions. </li><li>Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to forecasting, planning, and inventory. </li><li>Manage special projects. </li><li>Provide financial analysis when requested. </li><li>Provide data analysis and reporting. </li><li>Review product forecasts and trends, making suggestions to modify forecasts. </li><li>Generate statistical forecasts using available tools. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake in the Hills, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
