<p>As a Business Analyst, your day will be filled with opportunities to manage core technology and application program initiatives within Operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate program objectives within agreed upon timeframes and budgets </li><li>Ensure program documentation (i.e. sponsorship, objectives, deliverables, resources, dates and budget) is maintained accurately and stored appropriately for future reference </li><li>Consult with business units to ensure Operations are positioned to meet the needs of the business units </li><li>Facilitate regular status meetings with the IT and Operations teams and business units as needed </li><li>Coordinate Operations audit activities to ensure Operations provides requested system and software documentation in a timely manner and works with audit and operation staffs to develop sufficient responses to all findings </li><li>Schedule, plan, scope, coordinate and document activities associated with annual Disaster Recovery test initiatives to ensure regulatory, BCP and DR commitments are met annually </li><li>Coordinate post-mortem meetings to determine BCP and DR test successes and failures and develop remediation tasks to address all deficiencies.
