This role is important for ensuring that all our customers receive the right product, on time and in good condition.</p> <p>We will accept applications for the position for Shipping Coordinator through June 7, 2025.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities for Shipping Coordinator I</p> <ul> <li>Utilizes Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel to analyze order information, retrieve document/labels, review customer requirements, and determine which delivery services are required for each order. </li><li>Communicates order details to external customers and internal departments as needed. </li><li>Reviews orders for completeness and accuracy, verifying SKUs, counts, weights, and product appearance. Ensures order correction as needed. </li><li>Wraps, packages and labels single pallet freight and parcel domestic shipments for safe shipping according to customer requirements, Hazmat regulations and shipping standards. </li><li>Prepares and includes proper documentation to accompany shipments. </li><li>Drives team success by working in an efficient and detailed manner, contributing to the completion of individual and team deadlines. </li><li>Uses pallet wrapping machine to prepare freight shipments for transport. </li><li>Operates pallet jack to transport stored items within the warehouse. </li><li>Adheres to safety guidelines and procedures. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>High School diploma or GED.</p> <p>Previous work experience required navigating order management systems.</p> <p>Previous work processing and receiving shipments.</p> <p>General math and ability to use a calculator a must.</p> <p>Basic computer knowledge required.</p> <p>Experience using and editing spreadsheets a must.</p> <p>Attention to detail, mechanically inclined.</p> <p>Ability to think creatively, be positive and be innovative.</p> <p>Possess analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thought process.</p> <p>Adapt quickly to the everchanging business requirements.</p> <p>Ability to cultivate internal relationships.</p> <p>Ability regularly lift and /or move up to 50lbs.</p> <p>Ability to stand and walk for the 8-hour shift</p> <p>Ability to communicate fluently (read, write, and speak) in English required.</p> <p>Must be 18 or older to apply.</p> <p>Work Hours: This is a regular, benefits-eligible, 2nd shift position with normal hours M-F: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.
