Apply today for your chance to work for one of the Best in the West.</p> <p>General Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Greet customers, write Repair Orders, and dispatch work to Express Maintenance technicians </li><li>Present maintenance items and repair estimates to customers; provide regular updates on service status </li><li>Complete necessary paperwork and assist with collecting payment </li><li>Greet guests, answer phones, set appointments, and assist with customer needs </li><li>Follow processes and procedures to assist other staff members </li><li>Meet sales and customer satisfaction standards set by management </li></ul> <p>Applicants must have above-average customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and administrative competency. Prior experience preferred. This is a full-time position with full benefits available.
