<p>We are looking to hire a full-time Sr. Special Investigations Project Manager within our Special Investigations department. We were named a Top Workplaces in 2021 by the Philadelphia Business Journal.</p> <p>ABOUT YOU</p> <p>Our ideal candidate for the Sr. Special Investigations Project Manager has the following skills & experience:</p> <p>JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Risk and Compliance Management</p> <p>OFAC SDN Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Reviews all ECFMG records that are flagged as potential matches on OFAC's SDN list by carefully analyzing data points. Determines whether records are a match or not and proceeds accordingly. </li><li>Communicates with OFAC officials regarding individual matches, as needed. Maintains records regarding information provided by OFAC. </li><li>When records are found that match to the SDN, is responsible for immediately alerting Manager. </li></ul> <p>Investigations of highly sensitive and impactful violations</p> <ul> <li>Provides preliminary review of non-typical or escalated cases and situations referred to the department manager at the manager's request. </li><li>Coordinates assigned escalated investigations by identifying, documenting, researching, tracking and presenting summaries to management. </li><li>Assists with department's case load by serving as a Case Manager when warranted. </li><li>Assists with preparation of materials for ECFMG Legal Counsel and Compliance Team for ECFMG irregular behavior and other cases at their request. </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement Management</p> <p>MyIntealth Team Expert</p> <ul> <li>Works with IT and external vendors for new program development, to ensure smooth integration into existing workflows. </li><li>Serves as a team expert and provides staff support on the adoption and implementation of new production platforms and other technology enhancements. </li><li>In conjunction with Manager develops the new operational workflows for SI processes in MyIntealth </li></ul> <p>Policies and Procedures Management</p> <ul> <li>Drafts, edits and maintains clear and detailed policy and procedure documents related to SI department functions. </li><li>In conjunction with Manager, works closely with Quality Assurance and Compliance teams, as well as, with other departments to assure policies and procedures implementation in conformity with current regulations, industry standards and company goals. </li><li>Identifies flaws and suggests improvements to current work processes in order to continually maintain efficiency of SI department work. </li><li>Makes recommendations for procedure changes to management to ensure adherence to current organizational practices and technical capabilities. </li><li>In conjunction with Manager, coordinates and facilitates discussions with other departments on recognition and improvement of process inefficiencies. </li><li>Maintains an organized repository of all policy and procedure documents, both current and obsolete, ensuring easy access and retrieval. </li></ul> <p>Continuous Education and Training Coordination and Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Develops and maintains training plans, schedule and checklists. Completes and reviews them on a timely basis. </li><li>Assists in the creation of training materials for on-boarding new hires </li><li>Leads and coordinates training efforts for new and current department employees based on training goals and targets. </li><li>Facilitates on-boarding and ad-hoc team sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments. </li><li>Engage participants through interactive activities, group discussions, and multimedia presentations. </li><li>Evaluates trainee performance including comprehension, aptitude and engagement during training activities. </li><li>Evaluates training effectiveness and make recommendations to TQI Training Team?for continuous improvement </li><li>Collaborate with TQI Training Team as SME on department procedures, best practices and policies to ensure training material is accurate and up to date. </li><li>Reports on the training progress to the department supervisor and manager. </li><li>Performs other duties assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>5 - 7 Professional Services - Required</p> <p>2 - 3 ECFMG Special Invest.
