<p>The Operations Analyst Sr will direct and lead projects and reporting to contribute to our growth and profitability, while ensuring company compliance and adherence to regulation, policy, and procedure. The Operations Analyst Sr will be responsible for basic gathering, analyzing, and organizing large quantities of data, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks, while clearly and efficiently reporting this information alongside identified opportunities to key internal stakeholders. This role requires a true champion for change; someone who can challenge the status quo by recognizing and communicating opportunities and executing on recommended corrective actions.</p> <p>In the Role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Using various analytics tools and techniques to evaluate business opportunity and formulate solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Compiling data from multiple sources, understanding key performance indicators, and identifying gaps or potential risks.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with operational leaders to determine key performance metrics and provide monthly reports to monitor ongoing operations and identify changing trends</p> </li><li> <p>Validating and testing the processes used to identify and measure risks and compliance gaps of assigned business areas. When appropriate, this person will analyze the results of testing to present management with a recommendation for remediation.</p> </li><li> <p>Creating and maintaining reporting platforms to consistently communicate business performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Developing, executing, and maintaining test vs control strategies to ensure analytical recommendations are beneficial and tracked. Obtaining approval from management and implement recommendations as appropriate.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining awareness of company policies and procedures, federal and state laws as well as providing guidance to employees to ensure compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Fostering a high energy, high performing team culture with exemplary customer service standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years' experience in business analytics</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years' experience in analysis in automotive or financial sales environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in analytics or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of OM programs and systems) to analyze data and provide reporting including SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and Data Modeling.</p> </li></ul> <p>Location: Onsite (hybrid) - Wilmington, DE; Fort Mill, SC; or Evansville, IN</p> <p>Who we Are</p> <p>OneMain Financial (NYSE: OMF) is the leader in offering nonprime customers responsible access to credit and is dedicated to improving the financial well-being of hardworking Americans.
