<p>Overview</p> <ul> <li>Stable and growing organization </li><li>Competitive weekly pay </li><li>Quick advancement </li><li>Professional, positive, and people-centered work environment </li><li>Modern facilities </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc. </li><li>Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As the Recruiting Assistant, you will provide support related to various Recruiting and Employee Relations Department functions.</p> <ul> <li>Post open positions to ATS, job boards, college websites and social media, as directed </li><li>Review, upload, and post job descriptions, as needed </li><li>Update and send out weekly, monthly and quarterly recruiting emails and reports </li><li>Generate, update, audit and maintain recruiting spreadsheets with accuracy </li><li>Track and complete end of month recruiting expense reports and credit card statement </li><li>Assist with updating, assembling and sending out Internship and Trainee training materials </li><li>Become familiar with Operational roles to understand job functions of open positions </li><li>Assist with responding to Recruiting/HR emails and phone calls </li><li>Assist Region Recruiters with the interview process for Management Internship Program </li><li>Learn iCIMS processes to execute Hiring Manager requests within the iCIMS platform </li><li>Conduct Linked In and Indeed searches to establish contact with passive candidates </li><li>Review applications in iCIMS and advance quality candidates as directed </li><li>Update Company profile on Glassdoor, Linked In, Handshake and other websites as needed </li><li>Research and conduct initial phone calls with recruiting resources to determine fit for Company's needs </li><li>Save and track items submitted from Interns, Management Trainees and career fairs </li><li>Assist with recruiting at virtual career fairs </li><li>Run and update daily recruiting spreadsheets for open interviews </li><li>Send out weekly email and text message campaigns to applicant leads </li><li>Assist with open interviews </li><li>Send monthly data to Recruiting Manager on usage of Text Recruit software </li><li>Establish contact with local colleges and universities to recruiting future candidates </li><li>Assist with the administrative portion of the Relocation Program </li><li>Assist members of the Employee Relations Department with running and auditing reports, meeting preparation, announcements, etc. </li><li>Assist with other recruiting tasks and projects as needed </li><li>Document processes and procedures of job functions </li><li>Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and positive manner </li><li>Maintain a positive and professional attitude </li><li>Continuously improve processes </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field </li><li>2 years of recruiting experience preferred </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing </li><li>Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li><li>Comfortable making decisions independently </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office </li><li>Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Stable and growing organization </li><li>Competitive weekly pay </li><li>Quick advancement </li><li>Professional, positive, and people-centered work environment </li><li>Modern facilities </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc. </li><li>Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days </li></ul>
