<p>Job Title: Director, Theatrical Finance & Administration</p> <p>Department: Finance & Accounting</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Santa Monica, CA, US, 90404</p> <p>Summary of Position</p> <p>Lionsgate has an immediate opening for the Director, Theatrical Finance & Administration in the Domestic Theatrical Distribution department. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Theatrical Finance & Administration.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Managing exhibitor accounts for a sales division (Includes weekly sales meetings, maintaining credit ratings, managing account holds for theatrical releases) </li><li>Accounts receivable (Invoicing exhibitors, applying payments, reconciling accounts) </li><li>Managing audits, processing custom report queries, and month-end reporting (Can occur on weekends and after business hours), and overseeing the daily lockbox balancing process with the accounting department </li><li>Database queries and ad hoc reports </li><li>Database administration and exhibitor account set up (Includes generating and processing license agreements) </li><li>Software application support (testing and implementation of application upgrades, database validation and general application support for department users) </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Highly motivated and resourceful, with strong accounting, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills </li><li>C.P.A, or a minimum of 2-5 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience </li><li>A strong understanding of databases, interfaces and applications is a must, with prior experience in application testing and documentation preferred </li><li>Advanced MS Excel experience is required </li></ul> <p>Nice to Haves</p> <ul> <li>Foundation or interest in any of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Film, Domestic Distribution, Entertainment and/ or Technology </li></ul> <p>About Lionsgate</p> <p>Lionsgate (NYSE: LION) is one of the world's leading standalone, pure play, publicly traded content companies.
