The primary focus will be on choosing optimal solutions to use for these purposes, then maintaining, implementing, and monitoring them. You may also be responsible for integrating them with the architecture used across the company.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Selecting and integrating any Data tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities </li><li>Implementing ETL process when importing data from existing data sources </li><li>Monitoring performance and advising any necessary infrastructure changes </li><li>Building data ingestion processes </li><li>Coding data transformations in SQL and/or python </li><li>Troubleshoot/correct any data process bugs/defects </li><li>Maintain data processes and documentation </li><li>Lead/mentor junior data team members </li><li>Implementing data retention policies </li><li>Implementing data governance policies </li><li>Innovate, problem-solve, and exhibit an owner-mindset </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or master's degree in computer or data program or related experience. </li><li>10+ years of direct relational, dimensional, and/or analytic experience (using RDBMS, dimensional, and ETL and data ingestion protocols). </li><li>Expert with SQL Server, Azure ADLS, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle and other similar platforms </li><li>Experience with building python API and document processing programs </li><li>Expert with T-SQL, Spark SQL and PLSQL and other similar languages </li><li>Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources </li><li>Experience with Data Mesh and data platform modernization a plus </li><li>Knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks </li><li>Experience in team environment, communication, and presentation. </li><li>Experience with Azure (ADF, ADLS, Synapse) a plus </li><li>Experience with Collibra and/or other Data governance tools a plus </li></ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$95,600 - 162,400 USD</p> <p>Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
