Required </li><li>Must have completed at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education. Required </li><li>Completed four units of Clinical Pastoral Education in a hospital setting. Preferred </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>No minimum experience required. </li><li>1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, and Women's Services. Preferred </li><li>Endorsement or appropriate recognition of ministry by the governing body of the Chaplain's denomination/faith group Preferred </li><li>3 years of successful post graduate pastoral care, preferably as a chaplain in a healthcare setting Preferred </li></ul> <p>Licenses & Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Licensed or ordained chaplain, and in good standing with their faith tradition. Required </li><li>Membership (or eligibility for membership in) the Association of Professional Chaplains or the National Association of Catholic Chaplains. Preferred </li><li>APC Board Certification.
